The Best Condom, Is a Condom in Use
Almost everybody knows someone who has experienced an unplanned pregnancy or an unwanted sexually transmitted disease. All too often the reason for this is not that the partners did not have a condom, it is that they did not have a condom in use. Is the condom in use? What is the point of having protection, if you do not use it?
People who have experienced this will often tell you, “we had a condom but it just didn’t seem right to use it, it would have ruined the mood.” The important thing to remember however is that a condom in use is worth its weight in gold if it does the job of protecting you from unwanted sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy. Nothing ruins the mood of a new relationship than telling your partner you are going to have a baby.
Even though you may feel that a condom in use may wreak the mood or create decreased sensation that is not true. You can create sexy and sensual ways to apply a condom. Try using your mouth to put the condom on your partner. Or why not entertain yourself with another body part while your partner puts the condom on? Use colored condoms or scented, to add some creativity. No matter how you choose to incorporate condoms into sex play, remember it is not sexy to contract an STD!
