Has it happened, a condom stuck in a vagina? It has happened; it is not completely unheard of. But before you panic, remember that it is not very common that a condom stuck in a vagina will be a problem that you will need to deal with. If however, you are faced with this particular problem you can avoid some potential problems by remembering a few basic things.
The first thing that you need to establish is if the condom is truly stuck in your female partner. Of course this can happen, however, it is far more likely that you simply misplaced it. Perhaps the condom is under the covers, fallen on the floor or under the bed. Stranger things have happened. If however, you have determined the condom is stuck in the vagina, you will have to go exploring. She will have to use her fingers to explore the vaginal cavity. Since the vagina is only 5 or 6 inches deep, a condom stuck in a vagina should be able to be recovered. However, an infection can result if the condom is not found, so if you and your partner cannot locate the condom, you will need to seek professional help.
A condom stuck in a vagina does not have to be something that you ever have to deal with if you follow a few precautions. Remember to keep an eye on the condom to be sure that it is not slipping off. After ejaculation, hold onto the condom with one hand as you withdraw to keep it from falling off. And if all else fails, you may need to consider a snugger size.
